A leading financial technology company located in Alicante, Spain, is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance for telecom services. This role requires 8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, particularly in the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will work closely with product teams to ensure compliance remains integrated into the innovation process.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to own regulatory compliance for Revolut’s telecom services, including eSIM and upcoming mobile plans. You’ll be our in-house telecom compliance authority, building frameworks from scratch and partnering closely with product leadership to ensure we meet regulatory requirements while enabling innovation.
