A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of daily SEO work to Welocalize customers, aligning with their objectives and KPIs. They help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of the work delivered.

The following list highlights key responsibilities of a Mid SEO Squad member:

• Support lead members in delivering SEO tasks and communicating with clients
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements
• Build internal relationships and communicate technical topics effectively
• Assist senior team members with strategy development for larger clients; lead strategies for smaller clients
• Analyze data proactively and ensure quality of junior members’ work
• Define SEO optimization strategies for clients
• Manage daily SEO deliverables aligned with client goals
• Build trust with clients through performance management and strategic advice
• Promote best practices for SEO processes and tasks
• Handle complex technical and analytical tasks
• Present technical recommendations and opportunities clearly
• Manage projects from sales to delivery
• Contribute to client retention and growth by demonstrating activity value
• Explain SEO best practices effectively
• Lead meetings and client communications regarding daily delivery
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and project management skills alongside technical expertise

• At least 2+ years supporting SEO tasks and delivery
• Ability to utilize tools and processes to improve offerings
