Your role at Hostinger

As an Off-site SEO Team Lead, you’ll drive the growth of Hostinger’s organic visibility through strategic outreach and digital PR. You’ll lead a team of specialists focused on acquiring high-quality backlinks and online mentions, while continuously refining our link-building processes. You’ll manage collaborations with agencies and partners, ensuring initiatives are aligned with global SEO goals. Your work will play a vital role in increasing website authority and expanding Hostinger’s digital presence across international markets. We’re looking for a proactive leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for building strong online relationships.

Your day-to-day

• Lead and mentor a team of outreach and digital PR specialists to drive high-impact online mentions and authoritative brand placements.
• Design and execute scalable outreach strategies leveraging a diverse mix of tactics, including manual outreach, digital PR, and link magnets to maximize organic growth.
• Oversee and guide the team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring workflows are efficient, collaborative, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor the quality, relevance, and long-term SEO impact of acquired backlinks — not just building links, but focusing on what truly drives performance.
• Continuously refine, document, and automate outreach processes to scale efforts and boost operational efficiency.
• Align team tactics with company-wide OKRs and SEO goals, ensuring measurable contributions to Hostinger’s organic visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the content and communications teams to support initiatives that enhance Hostinger’s brand recognition and authority across global markets.

Your skills and experience

• 2+ years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on off-site strategies such as link building, digital PR, and outreach across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated success in leading and scaling SEO outreach teams—hiring, mentoring, and enabling specialists to execute high-impact campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of search engine signals related to trust, authority, and relevance, with the ability to translate those into scalable and actionable systems.
• Skilled in developing structured workflows and playbooks to support a wide range of off-site tactics while ensuring operational clarity and accountability.
• Highly analytical, with experience using performance data to assess the true impact of backlink efforts and to drive continuous optimization.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Naturally curious and growth-oriented, keeping pace with emerging trends in off-site SEO, digital PR, AIO and the broader search landscape.
