Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience across frontend and backend development.
• Proficient with React/Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, plus Python (FastAPI/Django) on the backend.
• Experience building data‑intensive dashboards, experiment tracking UIs, or internal automation tools.
• Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and frontend–backend integration.
• Experience with SQL databases, containerized development (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with AWS or cloud‑based deployment environments.
• Product‑driven approach — able to collaborate with researchers and PMs to translate exploratory workflows into production‑quality tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LLM lifecycle and MLOps tools (Hugging Face, Flyte, MLflow, LangChain).
• Experience with data visualization libraries (Plotly, Recharts, D3.js).
• Understanding of workflow orchestration or background job systems (Celery, Argo, Flyte).
• Proven ability to design user experiences that simplify complex R&D processes.
• Passion for turning automation and ML research insights into polished, user‑centric internal products.
