We're now looking for an experiencedLead Backend Engineer to lead our backend efforts — someone ambitious to grow, who codes daily, leads by example, and helps scale both tech and people.

What You’ll Do

• Be 100% hands-on : Build, maintain, and scale backend systems in Python / Django .
• Design architecture : Own backend architecture decisions, collaborating closely with our infra and security teams.
• Manage infrastructure : Work comfortably with AWS , especially RDS, ECS, and Kafka / MSK.
• Lead & mentor : Guide a growing team of backend engineers through mentorship, technical leadership, and hiring.
• Own your scope : Take full responsibility for projects — from design to deployment — with autonomy and accountability.
• Languages & Frameworks : Python, Django, DRF

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve been the go-to backend expert for 8+ years , leading projects, owning architecture, and shipping code in scale-up environments
• Proven experience as Lead / Staff / Principal level
• Deep expertise in Python and Django — you’ve built and shipped impactful products
• Comfortable with AWS and containerized infrastructure
• Experience in team leadership — you’ve mentored others and led by example
• Ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bonus : experience or interest in AI development platforms like Cursor
