We are looking for an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance operations of a production plant in Valencia. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment, systems, and facilities while implementing strategies for continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address operational challenges and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
• Analyze maintenance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve plant reliability.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures and breakdowns.
• Stay updated on advancements in maintenance technology and best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance management role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS) and industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
