Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate English Trainer, you will :

• Develop and deliver customized English language training programs tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups to improve their business communication skills.
• Assess language proficiency levels using standardized testing methods and provide feedback to participants.
• Collaborate with HR departments to identify training needs and create programs that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL / TESOL certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, particularly in corporate settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Proficient in using technology and digital tools for educational purposes.
