HR Business Partner – Specialist in Compensation & Expatriate Management
For our client, a leading Spanish multinational in the food industry, we are looking to hire an HR Business Partner with a strong background in Compensation and Expatriate Management.
The selected candidate will report to the Compensation Director and will combine responsibilities as a direct HR partner for the international business unit with active participation in projects and day-to-day operations within the Compensation Department . This is a strategic role to ensure proper international talent management while contributing to the design and implementation of corporate compensation policies.
Role Purpose
To lead and drive the deployment of People policies across the international business unit, designing specific plans aligned with both the Business and People strategies. Simultaneously, the role will collaborate in the analysis and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits frameworks from both a technical and operational perspective.
