What are we looking for?

A Functional Analyst, with experience in the insurance sector, to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in client meetings to clarify the scope and the functional proposal and gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders.
• Generation of Functional / Technical analysis from customers’ requirement definitions on User Stories on the Sprint Backlog.
• Model processes and workflows using tools such as UML and BPMN.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are correctly translated into practical solutions.
• Support the team of development / testing to implement and test the solution agreed with the client.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate the validation of implemented developments.
• Create detailed documentation and user manuals for the designed processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in the insurance sector.
• Knowledge of modeling tools.
• Knowledge of ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, Confluence, Octane).
• Process design and modeling using UML and BPMN.
• Jira.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
