We’re looking for an experienced Senior Creative Artworker to join our Creative Production team in Spain. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented design and production specialist who’s fluent in both Spanish and English. You’ll act as a brand guardian, leading the production of print and digital marketing assets, while ensuring the highest levels of quality and consistency for a major global client. Please note the role can be remote but occasional travel to the Madrid office may be required.

• Oversee, create, and edit print-ready artwork for various media: brochures, flyers, press ads, POS, digital and social assets, and more
• Adapt and version existing designs to ensure brand consistency
• Liaise directly with clients, understanding briefs and delivering to high standards
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering for POS displays
• Perform retouching, colour management, and pre-press tasks
• Mentor internal stakeholders and uphold creative best practices
• Manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met

• Considerable experience as a design and production focused artworker, mainly with print items and renders.
• Extensive experience in loyally and accurately applying a design concept across a range of different media and formats.
• Agency, production agency and trade marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in dealing directly with clients is required.
• In-depth expertise of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced 3D rendering skills to create POS items (FSDU, Display, Totems, etc.)
• High level of pre-press knowledge is a must.
• Video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• General automated artwork production and template building experience.
