The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in architecting and customizing ServiceNow environments, as well as proven leadership in managing complex projects. You will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and managing multiple client initiatives. A collaborative and inclusive workspace is promoted.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutions.
• 5+ years of experience architecting, developing, deploying, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience as a key technical resource.

Required Qualifications:

• Upper Intermediate conversational skills
• Industry and project experience of3 to 6yrsin ServiceNow
• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.

• Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects and multiple initiatives at the same time

• 3+ years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutions

• 5+ years of experience architecting, developing, deploying, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Scripting - Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.

• Strong experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow

• Strong experience in any of this modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, APM.
