You will design, conduct, and analyze user research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods , providing actionable insights to enhance the digital user experience.
- Proven experience in Research , quantitative (surveys, data analysis, behavioral metrics) methodologies.
- Strong command of Excel , with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- Spanish is considered a plus.
