Business Development Manager – Healthcare / Medical Imaging (m / f / d)

In this role, you’ll build relationships with hospitals, imaging centres, and healthcare networks, positioning our technology as a key driver for efficiency, accuracy, and better patient outcomes. Your Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and win new business across hospitals, imaging groups, and healthcare organisations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with radiology leaders, clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and procurement.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate the clinical and operational value of our solutions.
  • Develop strategic account plans and expand opportunities within existing customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams to align on customer needs and market trends.
Your Profile
Essential
  • Proven experience in medical software or medical device sales within hospitals or healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, travel regularly, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Preferred
  • Experience selling AI software for medical imaging (e.g., radiology AI, image analysis tools, PACS / RIS add‑ons, workflow automation).
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging modalities, or hospital IT processes.
