Job summary
A leading international digital consultancy in Spain seeks a Team Lead / Scrum Master to manage BI and Data Integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management within data environments, strong Agile knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications
- Proven experience in PMO or Project Management within Data / BI environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate BI and Data Integration professionals.
- Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data-related projects.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO professional who can lead a multidisciplinary team and drive delivery across modern and legacy technology landscapes.
- Lead and coordinate BI and Data Integration professionals.
- Manage project delivery using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of data-related projects.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting in English.
- Proven experience in PMO or Project Management within Data / BI environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PM.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent English (C2 level) – written and spoken.
- Familiarity with BI and Data tools (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power BI, Informatica, SAP BO) is a plus.
