What You’ll Do :
- Concept Development : Develop innovative advertising concepts and scripts tailored to engage and convert the target audience.
- Copywriting & Scripting : Write compelling, high-performing ad copy and scripts for paid social media campaigns.
- Campaign Oversight : Lead the entire creative cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Performance Marketing Integration : Optimize ad messaging and creative assets using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
- Team Coordination : Act as the bridge between UGC creators, editors, and media buyers to bring campaigns to life seamlessly.
- Content Sourcing : Collaborate with UGC creators to procure and integrate engaging content into ad campaigns.
- Process Management : Keep creative projects running smoothly within deadlines and budget constraints.
Who You Are :
- Proven experience in copywriting, creative scripting, and ad concept development.
- Strong understanding of D2C advertising, paid media strategies, and performance marketing.
- High work ethic – executes fast and is comfortable working weekends when needed.
- Skilled in writing persuasive, high-converting direct response copy for social media ads.
- UGC Experience – has created briefs for UGC creators to produce high-converting content for paid channels.
- Exceptional communication skills – able to clearly convey ideas to cross-functional teams.
- Strong grasp of campaign metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to paid advertising and content creation.
Bonus Points :
- Experience creating ads for Google, Snapchat, TikTok, or AppLovin.
- Worked with direct response eCommerce brands in the health & wellness space.
