Are you a creative powerhouse who knows how to craft high-converting ad campaigns? Do you have a sharp eye for persuasive storytelling, an analytical mindset, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life? If so, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do :

  1. Concept Development : Develop innovative advertising concepts and scripts tailored to engage and convert the target audience.
  2. Copywriting & Scripting : Write compelling, high-performing ad copy and scripts for paid social media campaigns.
  3. Campaign Oversight : Lead the entire creative cycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  4. Performance Marketing Integration : Optimize ad messaging and creative assets using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.
  5. Team Coordination : Act as the bridge between UGC creators, editors, and media buyers to bring campaigns to life seamlessly.
  6. Content Sourcing : Collaborate with UGC creators to procure and integrate engaging content into ad campaigns.
  7. Process Management : Keep creative projects running smoothly within deadlines and budget constraints.

Who You Are :

  • Proven experience in copywriting, creative scripting, and ad concept development.
  • Strong understanding of D2C advertising, paid media strategies, and performance marketing.
  • High work ethic – executes fast and is comfortable working weekends when needed.
  • Skilled in writing persuasive, high-converting direct response copy for social media ads.
  • UGC Experience – has created briefs for UGC creators to produce high-converting content for paid channels.
  • Exceptional communication skills – able to clearly convey ideas to cross-functional teams.
  • Strong grasp of campaign metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies relevant to paid advertising and content creation.

Bonus Points :

  • Experience creating ads for Google, Snapchat, TikTok, or AppLovin.
  • Worked with direct response eCommerce brands in the health & wellness space.
