We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with our hiring managers to develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies, helping us meet our hiring targets and build a strong workforce.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading the recruitment process from start to finish, designing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Creating and implementing new talent attraction initiatives to engage top talent.
- Conducting direct searches, headhunting, screening, and shortlisting the best candidates for various roles, and carrying out all necessary assessments (interviews, assessment centers, language tests, etc.).
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the business in talent attraction and recruitment matters.
- Coordinating and negotiating relocation allowances for selected international candidates.
- Keeping job descriptions updated and aligned with company needs.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to plan annual recruitment needs and identify key talent within teams for retention.
- Partnering with universities and business schools on employer branding initiatives.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Continuously improving our talent acquisition function, refining processes, and implementing best practices.
Assessment Criteria:
- Education: Degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources, Law, Psychology or a related field. A Master’s in Human Resources is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition for Life Sciences companies. Experience in recruitment agencies or headhunting is highly valuable.
- Skills: Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Strong management and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Results-driven and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
