In this role, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients with post-sales support on advertising tools, ensuring their campaign success. Job Description:

We're Hiring: Advertisers Support Specialist, Spanish Market (Lisbon, Portugal)

Are you passionate about online advertising and digital innovation? We are seeking an Advertisers Support Specialist to provide top-tier service to small and medium businesses using advertising products on a major social media platform (including Facebook and Instagram).

As an Operations Customer Expert on the Advertisers Support Team for Meta, you will support businesses using Facebook and Instagram advertising. Your role focuses on assisting advertisers and agencies with post-sales support, technical troubleshooting, and maximizing their use of Metas advertising tools.

You will work as part of a multilingual, collaborative support team, helping clients resolve issues and improve campaign performance in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Operations Expert in the Advertisers Support team, you will:
-Deliver post-sales support via chat, email, and phone to Spanish and English-speaking advertisers.
-Provide technical assistance, bug reporting, and product usage guidance.
-Support clients with their advertising journey by explaining tools, metrics, and strategies.
-Offer pre-sales and post-sales advice to help advertisers optimize their campaigns.
-Identify and address common issues across advertisers to improve experience and performance.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement.

Your Profile
-C2 in Spanish, and confident in English (B2 level or higher).
-Previous experience in customer support, sales, digital marketing, or a related role is a plus.
-Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or advertising support
-High school diploma or higher
-EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence card
-Must have only one Facebook account
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Interest in social media and online marketing
-Availability to work rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM, Monday to Sunday

Working Conditions
Schedule: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift, Monday to Sunday between 07:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Training: 15 working days, full-time, with onboarding in tools, client products, and communication best practices.
Trial Period: 1 month with performance and attendance evaluation.

Compensation & Benefits
-Base salary + Holiday and Christmas bonuses (paid in 12 months).
-Meal allowance of 7/day via card.
-Health insurance from the first day of the employment contract.

Relocation package (provided for candidates abroad or relocating from over 100 km away from Lisbon)
-Fully furnished private bedroom in a shared accommodation, including utilities and internet.
-Flight reimbursement after 6 months
-Airport pick up
-Administrative support
