Main responsibilities:

1. Get client expectations and transform it into tech backlog or roadmaps of moving to new technologies, tech stacks
2. Communicate with different levels of stakeholders from client side (Architects, Engineering managers, Leads)
3. Audit solutions and provide recommendations
4. Design and implement a large enterprise solution from scratch
5. Lead technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions
6. Identify integration patterns and places for business automation
7. Author technical documents that cover architecture designs and integration needs

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience with Java
2. 2+ experience as an Architect
3. Proven experience of building architecture from scratch for big enterprise companies or participation as an architect at least in 3 big projects (longer than 9 months, team 15+)
4. Strong in DevOps, experience with different clouds – AWS, Azure (preferably)
5. Experience building scalable microservice-based architecture
6. Strong knowledge of integration patterns and implementations
7. Strong knowledge of software architectural patterns and frameworks like Clean Architecture, etc
8. Experience working with Kafka and other messaging brokers
9. Strong creativity in problem-solving skills
10. Communication & stakeholder management skills
11. English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
