Analista De Datos à Espagne

We are seeking aSenior Data Scientistto join our international Digital Innovation team to lead strategic initiatives, build advanced models, and help drive data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will work cross-functionally with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to identify impactful opportunities for AI and machine learning.

This is a hybrid role, 1-2 day per week onsite, based in our Tres Cantos (Madrid) or Barcelona office.

• Design, build, and deploy scalable models.
• Evaluate the results of changes introduced.
• Communicating and be able to explain to business/management those results/proposals.
• Find and select the data needed for the projects you handle
• Design way to reshape the data to make it usable
• Lead experimentation and hypothesis testing initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to productionize solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and integrate it where valuable.

• Computer sciences (master’s degree)
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and familiar with Pyspark.
• Preferably experience with SQL.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural net implementation.
• Proven experience with end-to-end model development and deployment.
• Solid statistical foundations and expertise in experimental design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work effectively within a global organization with complex structure and cross functional teams.
• Proactive and autonomous.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and team spirit.
• Fluent in English.

Bonus Points For

• Industry experience in electronic components, supply chain, or industrial B2B.
• Familiarity with working across distributed, multicultural teams in EMEA/global organizations.
