LEONI Wiring Systems Spain, S.L.U. in Zaragoza, Spain, is seeking a Customer Quality Resident to act as the first contact for customers’ production sites on quality problems and escalations.

The role includes managing Customer Portals, supporting LEONI quality strategy, organizing meetings with customers and LEONI plants, and guiding containment, rework actions, and 8D reports with OEMs.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven knowledge on Compliant Monitoring/Handling, Failure analysis, Defect measurement, FMEA, Quality assurance, Quality tools and techniques.
• Knowledge on Analysis/Analytical Methods, Presentation skills, 5S, Customer support, customer specific requirements, data analysis, define, measure, analyze, improve and control.
• Experience in automotive industry, harness makers is a plus.
• Spanish advanced (C1) mandatory. English upper-intermediate as a second language (B2).
• Assertive communication skills, proactive, decision making and service attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Makes internal & external Customer Portal Management a daily task.
• Supports deployment of LEONI quality strategy based on customer requirements.
• Participates in Quality meetings with the customer.
• Organizes meetings with LEONI production plants for regular follow-up.
• Supports customers in problem solving and follow-up of containments & rework actions.
• Supports to organize and follow-up rework / sorting with external providers.
• Coordinates sampling process with model year changes or technical changes with OEM customers.
• Supports preparation of 8D Report for customers and fills FastTrack System.
• Supports the ordering of material for customer-repair and own stock.

Job Description

In Zaragoza, Spain we are currently looking for a:

Location : Figueruelas (Zaragoza). Spain

Customer Quality Resident acts as a first contact for customers’ production sites in case of quality problems and escalations on a daily basis.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Maintains internal & external Customer Portal Management.
• Supports deployment of LEONI quality strategy based on customer requirements.
• Participates in Quality meetings with the customer.
• Organize meetings with LEONI production plants for regular follow-up.
• Supports customers in problem solving and follow-up of containments & rework actions.
• Supports to organize and follow-up rework / sorting (also with external providers).
• Supports Supply Chain in case of logistics complaints by customer e.g. transport, packaging, change of sequencing, etc. and proposes solutions such as substitution (rework).
• Coordinates sampling process (EI harnesses) with model year changes or technical changes together with OEM customers.
• Supports the preparation of 8D Report (root-cause analysis and actions) for customers and fills FastTrack System e.g. Complaints portal of LEONI; i.e. start and final closing of complaints.
• Supports the ordering of material for customer-repair and own stock.

Qualifications

• Electromechanical Engineering or similar degree.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven knowledge on Compliant Monitoring/Handling, Failure analysis, Defect measurement, FMEA, Quality assurance, Quality tools and techniques.
• Knowledge on Analysis/Analytical Methods, Presentation skills, 5S, Customer support, customer specific requirements, data analysis, define, measure, analyze, improve and control.
