Eaton Group in Spain (Barcelona or Zaragoza) or Slough, UK, is seeking a Service Quality System Specialist to drive QMS development, compliance, and continuous improvement across our Services organization. The role involves monitoring quality processes, leading audits, and analyzing KPIs to improve customer outcomes.

You will lead audits, define KPIs, and deliver training, with travel to support business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, or related field.
• Lean certification (Green Belt minimum) is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality, CI, Operational Excellence, or Service Quality.

The Service Quality System Specialist is responsible for driving QMS development, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Services organization. This role focuses on monitoring quality process performance, leading audits, analyzing quality data and KPIs, and supporting problem-solving and process improvements.

This role can be based in Barcelona or Zaragoza (Spain) or Slough (UK). The selected candidate must be comfortable with regular travel to support business and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, or a related field.

Required Experience

• Lean certification (Green Belt minimum) is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Service Quality.

Skills:

• Experience managing quality performance through KPI development, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience leading internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience working in a service-oriented or customer-facing environment.

Technical Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience applying Lean tools to solve operational and process challenges.
• Hands-on experience in Field Service Engineering activities will be considered a strong benefit.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, corrective actions, and quality governance.
• Experience working with quality data, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
