Job summary

MTS Globe Spain is seeking a Yield Executive in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to optimize hotel sales and campaigns for our clients. You will analyze prices, availability, and contract terms to maximize sales performance and maintain competitive positioning.

Responsibilities include loading offers, benchmarking against competition, and renegotiating terms with hotels to improve client rates, all while leveraging IT systems and an inhouse operation platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with destination knowledge and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Contact hotels to create campaigns for clients (Last minute offers, Flashsales, campaigns).
• Load offers into the reservation system.
• Monitor and verify reservations loaded in the system.
• Analyze occupancy and availability at destination.
• Benchmark and optimize prices and availability against competition.
• Renegotiate stop sales, inventory, offers and terms with hotels.
• Ensure clients receive improved rates and renegotiated terms.
