Based at Muelle Viejo de Palma, the role offers a permanent contract with a Monday–Friday schedule. English fluency is essential for negotiations with international clients and building lasting commercial relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in sales and client acquisition.
• Sound working knowledge of boats and marine vessels.
• Very high level of English for international communication and negotiations.
• Valid Class B car driving license and motorcycle license; own vehicle for mobility.
• Recreational craft skipper certification (PER) or higher is valued.

• Consulting with boat owners, captains, and representatives to understand refit and servicing requirements.

An established company in the nautical sector is looking for a dedicated Yacht Refit Sales Representative based directly at Muelle Viejo de Palma in Mallorca. In this role, you will play a central part in expanding client partnerships and delivering specialized refit and maintenance solutions for vessels in one of the most prominent yachting hubs in the Mediterranean.

Key responsibilities

• Actively acquiring and retaining both national and international clients for yacht refit and maintenance projects.
• Consulting with boat owners, captains, and representatives to understand their technical refit and servicing requirements.
• Building lasting commercial relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Representing the company at maritime industry events, trade gatherings, and nautical showcases.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in sales and client acquisition.
• Sound working knowledge of boats and marine vessels.
• A very high level of English, enabling fluent communication and negotiations with international clientele.
• A valid Class B car driving license and motorcycle license, as well as your own vehicle for independent mobility.
• A recreational craft skipper certification (PER - Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) or higher is valued.

Benefits and compensation

• A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with long-term stability.
• An annual gross base salary of 33,000 euros, plus variable commissions on sales performance.
