Confidential employer on Mallorca, based at Muelle Viejo in Palma, seeks a Nautical Refit Sales Representative to drive client acquisition and long-term relationships in the maritime sector.

The role requires proven sales experience, strong nautical knowledge, and fluency in English, with a valid driving licence and own vehicle for local mobility. A recreational boating licence is advantageous.

Formación

• Proven professional experience in sales and commercial client acquisition.
• Sound knowledge of vessels, boats, and the nautical field.
• Very high, fluent level of English to communicate with international yacht owners and contacts.
• Possession of a valid Category B driving licence, a motorcycle licence, and own vehicle for local mobility.
• A recreational boating licence (PER) or higher nautical qualification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Identifying, acquiring, and retaining national and international clients for boat refit and maintenance projects.
• Representing the company at industry events, boat shows, and nautical gatherings.
• Advising clients on maintenance and refit services tailored to vessel requirements.
• Managing commercial inquiries and following up on client proposals to ensure high customer satisfaction.
