Siemens Gamesa seeks a Process Professional within the Wind Power Digital Services Delivery Center of Excellence to design, manage, and optimize IT service processes that sustain business continuity. You will apply ITIL, Lean, and workflow management to improve process performance, governance, and stakeholder collaboration across global IT environments.

A strong background in IT infrastructure, Azure, and issue-tracking tools, with 8+ years of experience, is expected as you lead complex projects

• 8+ years in IT process management or service delivery
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership

• Use ITIL/Lean to drive service quality, efficiency, and scalability

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on changes
• Manage complex process implementations, coach juniors, and report to leadership

A Snapshot of Your Day

This Process Professional role is established within the Wind Power Digital Services' Delivery Center of Excellence. Its purpose is to ensure business continuity by designing, managing, and overseeing core IT service processes. To achieve this, the role will focus on three key areas: designing and optimizing IT processes, establishing robust service governance and management frameworks, and leading stakeholder collaboration and related projects. This structure ensures that new and distinct processes are not only created but are also effectively managed and aligned with business needs. Given the focus on process excellence and IT service management, the ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with extensive experience in IT process design methodologies like ITIL, workflow management, and a strong understanding of general IT infrastructure. They must be capable of managing complex projects with limited oversight.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Optimize IT Processes: Analyze and enhance IT service delivery workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement optimized processes that support Watt reorganization objectives.
• Lead Improvement Initiatives: Utilize ITIL or Lean methodologies to drive service quality, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring business continuity through well‑documented processes.
• Ensure Governance and Compliance: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), conducting regular audits to maintain compliance with internal standards.
• Manage Process Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT processes, including implementation and continuous improvement, serving as the subject matter expert for process-related issues.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders across Wind Power and Digital Services to gather requirements and manage expectations, ensuring alignment on process changes.
• Lead Projects and Reporting: Manage complex process implementation projects, coach junior professionals, and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.

What You Bring

• Certifications include ITIL Foundation or higher (e.g., ITIL 4 Managing Professional), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, and Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
• Educational background consists of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience requires a minimum of 8 years in IT process management, service delivery, or a similar role, with a proven track record as a subject matter expert.
• Process management expertise includes strong knowledge of methodologies such as the ITIL framework and Agile methodology, focusing on process improvement and workflow management.
• Technical proficiency encompasses a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, system administration, and tools like Microsoft Azure and issue tracking systems.
• Analytical and project management skills highlight excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities, combined with strong project and stakeholder management skills to drive successful outcomes in complex, global IT environments
