Siemens Gamesa in Munguía, Basque Country, seeks a detail‑oriented Quality Technician to join a five‑person team. You will perform inspections, manage non-conformances, interpret drawings, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting documentation for customers.

Candidates with ISO quality systems experience and familiarity with measurement tools will thrive. The role may involve rotating morning/afternoon shifts and collaboration across quality activities.

Formación

• Experience in a Quality department with ISO standards and continuous improvement.
• Experience with quality systems and tools (8D, root cause analysis).
• Familiarity with measurement tools and quality inspections.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

• Perform non-conformity management and issue tracking.
• Collaborate on product inspections with visual and dimensional checks.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• You handle non-conformity management, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved on time.
• You manage documentation and prepare detailed dossiers for customers.
• You collaborate with product inspections, including visual checks and dimensional measurements on several components.
• Lead initiatives that improve the quality department.
• You interpret technical drawings and instructions to guide your inspections and reporting.

What You Bring

• You are methodical, adaptable, and motivated to contribute.
• You have experience in other Quality department (Knowledge of Quality Systems, ISO Standards, and Continuous Improvement methodologies).
• Familiarity with Quality Tools (e.g., 8D, problem solving,)
• You are eager to join a team of quality technicians and are open to working rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
• You have skills in using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers (a plus).
• You have English language skills (a plus).
