Siemens Gamesa seeks a Process Professional within the Wind Power Digital Services Delivery Center of Excellence to design, manage, and optimize IT service processes that sustain business continuity. You will apply ITIL, Lean, and workflow management to improve process performance, governance, and stakeholder collaboration across global IT environments.

A strong background in IT infrastructure, Azure, and issue-tracking tools, with 8+ years of experience, is expected as you lead complex projects

Formación

• 8+ years in IT process management or service delivery
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership
• Experience with ITIL and Lean methodologies
• Knowledge of Azure and issue-tracking tools

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and improve IT service delivery workflows to remove inefficiencies
• Use ITIL/Lean to drive service quality, efficiency, and scalability
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs; conduct regular audits
• Oversee full lifecycle of IT processes; act as SME
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on changes
• Manage complex process implementations, coach juniors, and report to leadership
