SAUR is seeking a Workday Stream Lead for SAUR International division to own and drive our Workday HR platform across streams like Recruiting, Core HCM, and Payroll Interfaces. You will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to optimize processes and deliver enhancements for a seamless employee experience.

Requirements include 5+ years of Workday experience, module expertise, implementation and post-go-live support, strong communication, and fluency in English.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Expertise in Recruiting, Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advance Compensation, Learning or Payroll Interfaces.
• Experience in Workday implementation and post-go-live support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; ability to work in an international environment.
• Fluent English; Workday certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the functional roadmap for your Workday Stream.
• Gather local business requirements for SAUR International.
• Configure and optimize Workday processes and workflows.
• Manage enhancements, releases, testing, and deployments.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and process efficiency.
• Support payroll integrations and interface management.
• Act as trusted advisor for business stakeholders.
• Serve as main contact for SWI, coordinating with stakeholders.
