Sedgwick is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to lead and optimise our Workday integration landscape across global HRIS. This fully remote role in Spain or Portugal collaborates with HRIS, IT and business teams, reporting to a US-based manager, and focuses on stability, data governance and scalable solutions.

• Strong Workday integrations experience with hands-on Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT/XML transformations, and Workday API integrations including REST and SOAP.
• Good understanding of Workday architecture and data flows, security, reporting, and data quality across Workday domains.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to investigate integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and maintain the Workday integration landscape, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Design, build, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.
• Perform EIB loads and troubleshoot related issues.
• Develop and maintain XSLT transformations for data mapping and formatting.
• Build and manage API integrations (REST and SOAP) between Workday and third-party systems.
• Monitor integration performance, resolve errors, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.
