SumUp is seeking an experienced Workday HCM specialist to join the People Tech team in Barcelona. You’ll help design, configure, and optimize our Workday Core HCM and related processes to support a growing global workforce.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable configurations, produce reliable reports, and collaborate with Payroll, People Operations, and stakeholders to ensure accurate data and a smooth employee lifecycle.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core.
• Knowledge of Staffing, Worker Data, Organizations and Reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and enhance Workday Core HCM to ensure scalable processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system design.
• Improve workflows, automation and data quality in Workday.
