SD Worx is expanding its SAP MPS and BPO capabilities and seeking an HR & Payroll Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of managed payroll services for international clients.

The role focuses on accurate, compliant payroll processing, client relationship management, and continuous improvement of payroll operations. You will act as escalation point and work with global stakeholders to drive standardised processes and team development.

Formación

• 5+ years in HR/payroll operations, preferably international or MPS/BPO.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and KPI reporting.
• Proven leadership and team-development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage payroll operations team to deliver accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain client relationships and serve as primary contact for service delivery.
• Prepare and present payroll KPIs in monthly reviews.
• Ensure SLA compliance and manage service credits.
• Escalate and resolve payroll issues per global standards.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Payroll Country Leads on improvements.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, and onboarding for the payroll team.
• Provide feedback and support ongoing professional development.
