SumUp seeks an implementation-focused Workday HCM Core specialist to optimize and scale our HR system. You will partner with People Operations, Payroll and stakeholders to design, configure, and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes in a fintech setting.

You will build reliable reports, improve data quality, and automate workflows, while guiding users with empathy and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM Core and knowledge of Workday fundamentals.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data accuracy.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Excellent communication, empathy and user-focused support.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and enhance Workday Core HCM to be scalable and easy to navigate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system designs, workflows and automation.
• Strengthen document generation, validation logic, and reporting structures to reduce manual work.
• Provide responsive, helpful guidance to users of Workday.
• Develop and maintain reliable reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Contribute to clear documentation, change management, and sustainable configuration standards.
• Hands-on Workday HCM Core experience.
• Knowledge of Workday fundamentals (Staffing, Worker Data, Organizations, Business Processes, Reporting).
• Ability to validate configuration changes with structured datasets.
• Mindset focused on simplification, standardisation, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you optimise and scale SumUp’s Workday HCM Core to support a growing workforce. You partner with People Operations, Payroll and business stakeholders to design, configure and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes.
