Kognitiv Inc. is seeking experienced Advanced Compensation Consultants and Architects to partner with global clients and maximize Workday investment. You will lead projects from design through deployment, turning client requirements into best-in-class Workday solutions.

This role emphasizes ownership, mentoring, and delivering flawless customer service across multiple concurrent engagements. A strong background in Workday Core HCM and reporting is essential.

Formación

• 4+ years leading Workday implementations or related services.
• Experience in post-production/AMS or Workday client environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions for global customers.
• Lead medium to high-complexity projects through full lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Drive client satisfaction and deliver services meeting KPIs (utilization, CSAT).
• Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
