Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Workday Success Plans professional to help customers maximize value from Workday applications in a fast-paced environment. You will advise on configuration, deliver demonstrations, and guide customers through optimization paths across Go-Live to post-go-live adoption.

The role requires strong communication skills, 5+ years in IT implementation with Workday Financials reporting, and the ability to travel up to 20% as needed. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT implementation experience.
5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting (composite reporting, building out reports, etc.).
2+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts.
Deliver small scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations.
Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements.
Clearly communicate responses and value to customers.
Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features.
Provide one-on-one guidance to drive customer adoption and optimization.
Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities.
Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification, keep up with roadmap.
