Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Absence Senior Analyst to join our Workday Business Group. You will help clients deploy cloud-based HR solutions and optimize absence and time tracking in Workday, collaborating with advisory professionals on end-to-end deployments.

You will participate in design workshops, configure absence and time tracking, test and document configurations, and resolve defects. The role emphasizes learning from senior colleagues and applying GenAI-enabled accelerators to improve

Qualifications

Experience with Workday or HR systems preferred.
Willingness to learn Workday absence/time tracking.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Team player with clear communication.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Fluency in English and Spanish (B1+).

Responsibilities

Participate in design and discovery workshops to capture absence and time-tracking requirements.
Configure Workday absence and time tracking under guidance.
Build, test and document configuration and carry out unit testing.
Help investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles.
Grow your absence and time tracking expertise by learning from senior colleagues.
