Job summary

Accenture España is seeking a Workday Absence Senior Analyst to join a global Workday practice in Madrid. You will design, configure, test and document absence and time tracking workstreams and collaborate with experienced teams on large-scale deployments.

You will work with AI-enabled accelerators, learn from senior colleagues, and participate in workshops across international projects while benefiting from extensive education programs and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or another HR system is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and build Workday absence/time tracking skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design and discovery workshops to capture absence and time tracking requirements.
• Configure Workday absence and time tracking under guidance.
• Build, test and document configuration and perform unit testing.
• Investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles.
• Grow absence and time tracking expertise by learning from senior colleagues.
