JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an In-Stock Team Leader in Madrid to drive inventory management across our fulfillment network. You will lead a team of In-Stock Specialists, optimize stock levels, and collaborate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in inventory management, supply chain operations, or similar role, with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel/SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well with stakeholders.
• Experience with e-commerce operations and large-scale fulfillment is a plus.

• Oversee the daily execution of inventory management tasks, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and allocation.
• Analyze sales data, inventory reports, and demand forecasts to identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turns, reduce obsolescence, and improve product availability.
• Collaborate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow and resolve supply chain issues.
• Monitor KPIs related to in-stock rates, inventory accuracy, and lead times, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and inventory status to senior management.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As an In-Stock Team Leader at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability across our fulfillment network.
