Responsibilities

• Execute projects for new product introduction and field issue resolution with focus on quality.
• Design build-to-spec seals, covers and main shafts for wind turbines.
• Develop testing and validation plans to prove component function and reliability.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, sourcing and field teams to improve reliability and first-time yield.
