Aerones in Spain is seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Blade Repair Technician to join our on-site teams. You will perform blade repairs following technical instructions and ensure adherence to safety standards across projects.

The role requires wind blade repair experience, GWO safety training, a valid medical certificate, and a B class driver’s license. Fluency in English and EU passport holder status are required; domestic and international travel may be involved.

Formación

• Experience in the inspection and repair of wind turbine blades from various leading manufacturers.
• GWO Basic Safety Training
• You have valid medical certificate
• Minimum blade B / Basic blade repair certificate
• Driver's license cat. B
• Fluent English skills are required
• You must be a European Passport holder to apply

Responsabilidades

• Perform blade repairs in accordance with technical instructions, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, protocols, and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive repair reports and other required technical documentation.
• Ensure the accuracy of time tracking and reporting for all working hours and project tasks.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, including vans, as needed.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings with all relevant on-site technicians to ensure alignment and safety.
• Participate in and follow up on project meetings both on-site and remotely (via Google Meet) in coordination with the back-office.
• Follow-up on delivery and shipping coordination, control, registration, and approval of arriving goods.
