Nadara is seeking a Blades Reliability Specialist in Madrid to oversee wind turbine blade inspections, lead failure investigations, and manage repairs. The role focuses on ensuring blade reliability, documenting maintenance, and contributing to upgrades with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring extensive blade repair/manufacturing experience, strong English skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a multinational, renewable-energy environment.

Formación

• Blade repair or manufacturing experience (>15 years).
• English skills mandatory; Portuguese, French or Italian is a plus.
• Contractor management experience.
• Planning and budgeting capabilities.
• Travel within Western Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee wind turbine blade inspections and condition assessments, contributing to fleet maintenance strategies for optimal blade conditions.
• Lead investigations into blade failures, perform root cause analyses, and deliver recommendations to improve safety and reliability.
• Manage or support blade repairs and maintenance, evaluate methods, and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate on technical due diligence for upgrades and solutions addressing blade defects, contributing to best practices and maintenance processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation of blade inspections, maintenance activities, and repair histories for stakeholders.
