Nadara is seeking a Blades Reliability Specialist in Madrid to oversee wind turbine blade inspections, lead failure investigations, and manage repairs. You will collaborate on upgrades, define best practices, and maintain comprehensive blade documentation to ensure reliability and safety across the fleet.

Ideal candidates bring over 15 years of blade repair/manufacturing experience, fluent English, and strong planning and budgeting skills, with a collaborative mindset for cross-functional teams

Formación

• Proven blade repair or manufacturing experience (> 15 years).
• English skills mandatory.
• Portuguese, French or Italian is a plus.
• Contractor management experience.
• Planning capabilities.
• Budget control capabilities.
• Organised and methodical mindset with safety focus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee wind turbine blade inspections and condition assessments, actively participating in developing fleet maintenance strategies to ensure routine inspections maintain optimal blade conditions.
• Lead investigations into blade failures, collaborating with subcontractors or internal teams to perform root cause analyses, and delivering clear recommendations for corrective actions to enhance safety and reliability.
• Manage or support blade repairs and maintenance activities, evaluating methods and materials and prioritizing repair tasks to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate on technical due diligence for upgrades and solutions to address blade serial defects, contributing to the definition of Best Practices, processes, and procedures for optimized maintenance strategies.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of blade inspections, maintenance activities, and repair histories, ensuring accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
