Nordex SE in Spain seeks a Blade Repair Specialist to lead inspection, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine blades in operation. You will collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and engineering to ensure high-quality blade service execution and safety focus.

The role requires engineering background, 8+ years in wind turbine service or blade repair, and strong English communication. You will lead technical discussions and coordinate contractors in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree or similar (Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials)
• 8+ years of wind turbine service, blade repair, inspection, or manufacturing experience
• Advanced English (C1 or higher)
• Strong communication and coordination with technical and non-technical teams

Responsabilidades

• Oversee blade inspection, classify damages, and define repair plans in line with engineering guidelines.
• Coordinate internal and subcontracted resources for inspections and repairs, and forecast activity.
• Plan long-term budgets for blade maintenance and repair activities and manage related POs.
• Handle customer technical claims with clear, solution-oriented responses and ensure HSE documentation is up to date.
