Nadara Services (Spain) S.L.U. is seeking an FT Specialist to perform Operation & Maintenance on wind turbines in Navica and Dehesica (La Roda, Spain) and conduct borescope inspections across Iberia (25%).

The role requires a high school diploma in a mechanical field, a valid driving licence, and a GWO certification, with at least 5 years in the wind energy sector. Proficiency in MS Office and technical English is expected.

FT Specialist - Spain (Open)

Job Description Summary: The FT Specialist will carry out Operation & Maintenance works on Wind Turbines in Navica and Dehesica (La Roda, Spain), and Borescope inspections around Iberia (25% of the time).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive tasks following O & M manuals.
• Execute troubleshooting tasks.
• Carry out upgrades.
• Conduct thorough borescope inspections, aligning with reliability area requests and providing critical information for informed decision‑making on asset reliability.
• Deliver comprehensive and accurate reports of borescopes, adhering to defined policies using best‑in‑class inspecting methods and ensuring high‑quality information.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and best performance.
• Maintain efficient work environment and equipment (including service vehicle, tools, warehouse) and order materials when needed.
• Work to the highest safety and environmental standards while ensuring that service targets are met.
• Follow up HSE rules and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High‑school degree in mechanical or related field.
• Country work permits are mandatory.
• Valid driving licence.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• GWO certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the wind energy industry.
• Experience with borescope inspections (desirable).
• Background in hydraulic and electrical areas (desirable).
• Knowledge of technical English (written & spoken).
• Strong commitment to safety in the work environment and ability to work at height.
