GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center focused on wind energy in Barcelona, Spain. You will monitor turbine performance, analyze data, and support commissioning and service activities from a remote hub.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineering peers to diagnose issues, provide remote diagnostics, and drive continuous improvement while travelling up to 20% and relocating to Barcelona if needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, structured communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona (EU eligibility).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritizing safety and compliance.
