GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for the Remote Operations Center to ensure safe, efficient offshore wind asset operation from Barcelona. You will troubleshoot, analyse data, and guide field teams through remote diagnostics across commissioning and service phases.

The role emphasizes electrical schematics literacy, SCADA proficiency, and strong communication, with up to 20% travel and a rotating weekday shift schedule.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in wind energy.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Able to read electrical schematics and apply them for troubleshooting and field support.
• Experience with SCADA systems and digital monitoring tools.
• Clear technical communication, calm and structured under pressure, collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call rotation for weekends/public holidays.
