GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for its Remote Operations Center in Barcelona to ensure safe, efficient offshore wind asset operation. You will monitor performance, diagnose faults, and guide commissioning and service activities from a center-based setup.

The role collaborates with site teams and engineering experts, analyzes data for improvement, and supports grid outages with safety and compliance in mind.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or equivalent in the wind energy sector.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
