GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for the Remote Operations Center (Wind) in Barcelona. You will supervise safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote hub, liaising with site teams and engineering experts to detect, analyze, and resolve issues across commissioning and service phases.

You will monitor performance, perform remote diagnostics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent wind energy experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine experience in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus and relocation to Barcelona may be required.
• EU work eligibility and willingness to relocate to Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms and abnormal conditions.
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for commissioning and service.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear, structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvements.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages with safety and compliance as priority.
• Work a rotating weekday shift with on-call weekends/public holidays.
