Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind Energy) based in Barcelona. You will supervise safe, efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote center, supporting commissioning and service phases and driving continuous improvement.

You will work with site teams and engineers, analyze data, and assist in diagnosing issues to maintain turbine reliability. Travel up to 20% may be required and relocation to Barcelona is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wind turbine or similar electromechanical systems experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve problems and improve operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults and trends.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
