GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center in Barcelona to oversee wind asset performance, drive technical issue resolution, and ensure safe, efficient operations from a remote hub.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineers, analyze data, and guide commissioning and service activities while maintaining high system reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent wind sector experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine/electromechanical system experience in operations.
• Fluent English; relocation to Barcelona; EU work eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with on-call rotation.
